This 3D CNC wood carving machine is an ATC CNC router with a 4th axis of swing spindle, and a table size of 2000x6000. With different tool kits, it can do complex engraving/carving/cutting works.
1. Carousel tool changer automatically changes the required tool during machining of the workpiece without stopping work.
2. Multiple processes are completed in one operation, greatly improving work efficiency.
3. The heavy-duty steel frame is aged by vibrating aging and heat ageing.

The 4th axis stands for that the spindle can swing +90 degree to -90 degree from left to right, and it is mainly used to carve 3D moulds, like car and boat moulds.
For 4 axis machine, we use UG/Powermill professional software. We offer free version, and you also can use your own software.
There is a 4th turntable which can make the spindle to swing from﹣90° to +90°. Blue Elephant choose the turntable which working on metal CNC machine. It can work with aluminum and copper as well.
