This double-station six-sided drill has the function of automatic sorting by wireless code scanning, automatic positioning, automatic processing and loading, and can realize six sides position processing and front and rear grooves processing at one time. The left and right stations can operate independently and process panels at the same time to improve work efficiency. Compared with two six-sided drills, it occupies a small area and saves space, helping to reduce costs, improve quality and increase efficiency in panel furniture production.
1.It uses high-end air flotation workstation to improve the efficiency of plate conveying while avoiding scratching the plate.
2.The left and right workbenches are equipped with automatic feeding and unloading devices, which can automatically optimize the direction of the plate and realize front and back discharge.
3. The use of dual drives greatly improves the speed of slotting and punching, and correspondingly improves production efficiency.
4.This CNC drilling machine has an original skin breaking function, which can make the punching smoother and maximize the yield rate of the plate.
