E-70JDSR (PUR) Automatic Edge Banding Machine
This is the latest and high-end automatic edge bander machine with two gluepots. One is a upper glue pot with a presol box. Another is the no-clean PUR glue pot with a PUR gluing device. It can complete pre-milling, gluing, edge banding, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, profile tracking, scraping, and buffing.
1. Adopts the no-clean PUR glue pot, customers do not need to clean the glue pot, which greatly saves labor and time.
2. Equipped with a gluing machine, it can accurately apply glue to the processed sheets.
3. The six-wheel pressing banding device can press the board more precise and reliable. And the glue line is slightly non-running.

It is very strong, I already used it three years. Its performance still very well. I like its water cooling spindle, there is only a little noise.
