The steps are as follows.

Move tool
When the tool is near workpiece,press”MODE”button,change “ContinueMode” to “StepMode”.The Z axis will move step by step.
Now the tool has touched workpiece
PRESS “X/Y→0”, please notice the coordinate
PRESS “Z/C→0”, choose “clear Z”,please notice the coordinate
