The Blue Elephant multifunctional furniture CNC machining center for door making is a fully automatic wooden door making machine specially used for the door edge cutting, hinge hole drilling and door lock hole drilling. It combines the functions of traditional door hinge hole machines and four-side cutting saw machines into one, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.
1. Two saw blades can rotate 90°, perfectly completing the wooden door squaring.
2. Double-head horizontal spindle can rotate 270°to process the four sides of the wooden door, such as lock slot, hinge slot, slide slot, hanging wheel slot, paint hole, door closer, latch slot, etc.
3. ATC air cooling spindle with 8-tool carousel tool change magazine can realize door lock hole drilling, carving, cutting, etc.
4. PTP adsorption table can freely adjust the size of the adsorption area according to the width of the door panel, which is fast, precise, and stable.
5. Loading and unloading device is convenient to position plate and save a lot of effort and time when processing.

I use this machine to do more cabinets. The machine works great. Cutting surface is smooth, it’s a very good machine for my work. Now I’m planning to buy edge banding machine and side drilling machine from Blue Elephant. They’re becoming more and more professional in offering furniture production line.
