The CNC woodworking door lock hole drilling machine for making door lock holes, hinge holes, and hinge slots for a variety of wooden doors, fireproof doors, windows, etc. It includes two vertical and two horizontal spindles to achieve different drilling, milling, and trimming functions.
1. The worktable adopts high-strength PVC to avoid errors caused by table wear. Besides, the thick-walled square steel machine bed can effectively avoid the vibration during operation.
2. With four different spindles of different power, this machine can complete a variety of drilling work with high efficiency and excellent drilling precision.
3. The machine is equipped with an oil injection system, which can lubricate the oil circuit to ensure smooth operation. In addition, the oil-water separator can effectively filter the water vapor in the air to guarantee the service life of internal components.
