Economical Metal Tube Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
This X800 12KW fiber laser cutting machine adopts a gantry structure and can complete the cutting and processing of web flange grooves, wedge locks and bolt holes of H-shaped steel, channel steel and “工”-shaped steel. It is particularly suitable for the blanking production of variable-section steel workpieces. It can replace traditional sawing machine truncation, lock processing, welding groove cutting and laser pipe cutting machines to save costs.
1. Support profiles 90° left and right, 45° front and back bevel cutting, and specified angle cutting.
2. The cutting platform is separated from the machine tool, so that the weight of the workpiece is loaded on the ground, which is more impact-resistant and load-bearing, and the structure is simple and easy to replace.
3. Open double-station design, one station is processing while the other station is loading and unloading, reducing downtime waiting time and greatly improving processing efficiency.
4. The cutting area and laser radiation protection area are fully protected and highly safe.
5. The electrical components and servo drivers are from the first-line brand Lanny, ensuring that the whole machine is stable, reliable and responsive during operation.
