Introduction:
This is a custom ATC CNC machining center with a carousel tool magazine. Its working size is 2700x12000x200mm, suitable for processing panels of various sizes. The T-slot vacuum table is divided uniformly into 24 zones, each of which is controlled by a control valve separately. The automatic tool change function can realize at least 12 processes at the same operation, greatly increasing work efficiency. Features of the CNC machining center include fast speed, excellent precision, multiple applications, outstanding processing quality, and high safety. It can cut and engrave not only soft metal materials, like aluminum but also non-metals, like wood, plastic, acrylic, stone, rubber, etc.
