As you can see from the following pictures, one of our engineers started his trip again. And this time, the calling came from south Korea. When we got our customers’ call, we arranged Gary to book the earliest flight to there.
This is the first time for our customer to use CNC Machine. If you have the same situation like them, please don’t be afraid. Because we can promise all of you that we are willing to provide online training and technical supports after the machine was shipped to your hands. So Gary went to Korea for helping our customers.
The first destination and character
This customer booked a set of 1325 CNC Wood carving Machine from us. And the machine was customized with rotary device and carousel tool change magazine. And you can take some minutes to watch machine’s processing.
Under the direction of Gary, the machine was installed and went to work quickly. Also, Gary showed our customer about how to control and operate the machine. It didn’t cost them lots of time to master of that skill.
By the way, Gary told us that all of their workers and engineers were very humour and funny. They treat each other like good friends.
Now, let us make a brief introduction of the second customer.
With his needs and requirements, he got contact with our factory. After a short time of communicating, he decided to order two sets of machine from us.
As we promised, a type of 4*8 CNC Machine and Laser CNC Machinery were transported to our customer’s hands timely. In that case, installing machine is the first thing he should do. Just like we said in the previous passage, Gary do helps for him and his workers.
In the stage of installation and processing, lots of questions and doubts were put forward by our customer and his staff. And Gary explained and answered one by one, step by step.
Our engineer stayed at Korea for several days for providing technical supports for our customer. Both of them were very satisfied with our full sets of services.
