The customer needs to process cabinets used in the family bedroom. The size of the board is different. Our business confirmed the largest size of all the sizes, and recommended a machine of 2000mm × 3000mm.
The customer felt that the machine was too large and worried about problems in shipping. We show the process from the production of the machine to the packaging and delivery. After the production of the machine is completed, the workers will clean the machine and fix the accessories to the machine. Wrap the machine with multiple layers of foam paper to prevent bumps during transportation. The foam paper can protect the machine well.
In addition, we use wooden boxes for transportation, and the machine will be fixed on the board at the bottom of the wooden box, and there will be no sliding phenomenon during transportation. The bottom of the wooden box is installed with a frame that is convenient for forklift transportation, which is more convenient when the machine is loaded and unloaded.
We solved the concerns of customers one by one, and informed customers that our machines have a one-year warranty and lifetime after-sales service. So there is no need to worry about the use of the machine. Our engineers will also establish a special after-sales group to answer questions for customers.
