We are very grateful to this Peruvian customer for choosing Blue Elephant CNC Machinery. The working area of this machine is 1300mm×2500mm, and the working table is T-slot. Process all kinds of furniture, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, dining tables and chairs, etc. for customers.
We recommended a machine size 1325 based on the customer's description. He wanted to improve the processing efficiency, and asked if there was a more efficient one, so we introduced the ATC machine.
The customer showed us some pictures of the finished furniture being processed, and we recommended a 300mm swivel device according to the size of the material.
The customer also needs to process the handrails of tables, chairs and stairs, but is worried that adding a rotating shaft will affect the use of the machine. So we showed a lot of videos of machines with rotating shafts, because the addition is sideways rotation, that is to say, it will not affect the use of the table.
The client required intricate carvings on the furniture and used many different types of knives. Therefore, he wants to increase the number of tool magazines. We suggest it can be increased and upgraded from the standard 8 knives to 12.
Now the machine is being shipped to Peru, hopefully the machine will bring more orders to customers.
